Tricia is a secondary Speech-Language Pathologist with over 10 years of experience supporting middle and high school students in the school setting. Alongside her work as an SLP, she has spent the past decade designing digital therapy resources for SLPs and educators.

Tricia has always loved the creative side of communication — especially visual storytelling and brand design. She now supports professionals and small businesses by creating thoughtful, engaging social media content that reflects their voice, values, and mission.

Jody Houston, M.S., CCC-SLP

Jody is a Speech-Language Pathologist with over 30 years of experience. Throughout her career, she has been drawn to the behind the scenes details that keep a practice running smoothly, from organizing information to fine tuning systems and workflows.

She now brings her love of organization and efficiency to private practice owners as a Virtual Assistant. Jody supports clinicians by helping streamline operations and creating practical systems that make day to day practice life feel lighter and more sustainable.

Hunter Peltonen, M.S., CCC-SLP
Virtual Assistant
Hunter is a compassionate and resourceful speech-language pathologist with hands-on experience across a range of settings. Her passion lies in working with high school students on neuro-affirming social communication skills and supporting self-advocacy to help them transition to postsecondary education. She is interested in activities that promote overall health and well-being for her clients, herself, and her colleagues.

Courtney Testa, COTA
Virtual Assistant
Courtney is an Occupational Therapy Assistant with a background in customer service, hospitality, and childcare. She completed her first fieldwork placement at a pediatric sensory integration clinic, where she discovered a passion for office management and parent communication—and has remained there for nearly five years, primarily in an administrative role.
She also provides remote administrative support for a private speech therapy practice, blending her clinical background with strong organizational skills. As a mother to a child who receives therapy services, Courtney brings both professional experience and real-life understanding, allowing her to support families with empathy, clarity, and care

Giselle Wenlock, M.S., CCC-SLP

Giselle Wenlock is an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in teletherapy, providing high-quality, accessible services to individuals across early childhood intervention, school-aged populations, and adults. With over 10 years of experience in the field, she is highly motivated about empowering families with practical strategies and knowledge that promote continued progress beyond therapy sessions.
Giselle is excited to apply her passion for online communication as a virtual assistant, offering organized, thoughtful, and efficient virtual support. She is committed to helping clinicians reclaim time, reduce administrative burden, and focus on delivering high-quality care to the clients and families they serve.

Clarissa Esparza, M.S., CCC-SLP

Clarissa has 10 years of experience working as a Speech-Language Pathologist in educational settings. She brings a deep understanding of clinical workflows, documentation, scheduling and client communication. Her background allows her to anticipate the needs of clinicians, maintain confidentiality and compliance, and provide organized, reliable administrative support. Clarissa is passionate about helping private practice owners streamline operations so they can focus on what matters most: delivering high-quality care to their clients.

Grace Leslie, M.S.Ed., CF-SLP
Virtual Assistant
Grace Leslie, is a clinical fellow based in New Jersey. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Loyola University Maryland in Baltimore and completed her graduate education at Monmouth University. During her training, Grace gained experience working with adults in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital as well as pediatric clients in a local public school setting.
Grace has also worked in an in-home private practice and a neuro-affirming private practice. She is currently completing her clinical fellowship in a public school in Bayonne, New Jersey. Grace looks forward to collaborating with you to provide thoughtful, individualized support.

Mallory Sullivan M.S, CCC-SLP
Virtual Assistant
Mallory has been a speech-language pathologist since 2015, working primarily with preschool and elementary-aged students. She also has experience at a reading center supporting older students using evidence-based practices rooted in the science of reading and structured literacy. Through years of developing and managing IEPs, she has built strong skills in organizing documents, meeting deadlines, and keeping detailed processes on track. Mallory earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (go Illini!) and her graduate degree from Eastern Illinois University. She thrives on organization, loves a good to-do list, and enjoys checking off goals. In her new role, she looks forward to supporting SLPs with administrative tasks and organization to help things run smoothly behind the scenes. Outside of work, she’s a mom to almost-5-year-old boy/girl twins, recently started taking pickleball lessons, and loves traveling, especially throughout Europe.
